Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA stands for "Multi-Factor Authentication". It provides additional protection on your account, because it means that you can only log in if you use something you
know
(your username and password), and something you
have
(e.g. a physical device).
Turning on MFA protection means you will be shown a QR code when you attempt to log in. If you can not use one of the devices you register as "Can be used for MFA", you will not be able to log in. You can register as many devices as you like for MFA.
If you ultimately can't use your mobile device and have switched MFA on, you will need to contact Dattrax Software Ltd. for assistance.

Please open the Dattrax Account Manager app on your mobile device, select Scan QR Code and scan the following QR code to complete your login process.
